Am I Insane For Feeling this way?

I’m on a miscarriage support group on Facebook. This women post this on it. It has made me so upset. Why would I explain to my kids there brother turned into a mushroom? That will just scare the poor child and confuse them even more. Be honest and open with them. Kids are smarter then you think. That is disrespectful to the child you lost. Your baby you lost, you are going to make it out to be a mushroom?! Am I just over reacting due to still grieving or do I have a reason to comment something on the post?
