severe jaw pain

has anyone else had severe jaw pain? in almost 37 weeks and the past week my jaw has hurt so bad I can't sleep or eat. I've been using ice on it at night since that's the only way I can get any sort of relief but in still waking up crying from the pain and Tylenol isn't helping for longer than 3 hours... idk what to do anymore. I'm getting worried because I don't like how often I'm having to use Tylenol and because of how much it's affecting my eating habits, I'm trying to eat but I haven't been able to get in more than a few bites of anything in a week.... I really need some suggestions I'm desperate. I don't even know what Dr I would go to for this...it doesn't feel like it's tooth related but would I still have to wait and see a dentist? Or could my regular primary care help me???
