First Pregnancy question

So my lines were faint (pictures below) ((first picture was on friday, second was yesterday and they both were NOT FMU)) but im going to the doctor tomorrow afternoon to confirm that i am pregnant and im so beyond scared that there test are gunna say that its negative, ive been nausous and my period is obviously late lol. So my question is, is could they tell me im not pregnant tomorrow even tho it shows on my test? Will it show on theres as well?
