$500 for a Gyno Visit?! 😱

I was experiencing extreme vaginal pain during sex and even after it so I went to the doctor. My gyno did a quick, thorough examination and said it's probably an infection. She took a urine sample and swabbed inside. I was diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis and a yeast infection and was provided with medication to get rid of it. Paid $20 for my visit there.

Now, I am being slapped with a $500 medical bill for this visit. This seems EXTREMELY high since I have insurance and she is an in-network provider. I work an entry level position at a nonprofit, so you can imagine that I don't make much. I literally can't afford to pay it. What do I do? That seems extremely expensive for a visit and tests. 😭
