fresh start / self care / weight loss tips?
Okay, this is gonna sound stupid but I just looked in the mirror and didn’t event recognize myself. Instead, I saw a stressed out college freshman with a broken out forehead, an additional 20 pounds and under eye bags practically down to my knees.
I know, I need more sleep. I know, self health is more important than school. I know, I need to workout more often and eat less junk food. I know the main thins, it’s just a matter of getting myself back in the loop & taking care of the little things. I want my happy self back.
Do you guys have any tips? Wether it’s about losing weight, a fresh start, skin care or other general tips.. I need help & will take any advice you have
