Getting aggravated

I’m 19 almost 20 my bf is 18 almost 19. We both have jobs. Well he was living with his parents and me with mine. Him and his parents had a fall out. His parents were shooting up drugs. Well my bf is staying there till we can get enough money to rent an apartment or a trailer. While I was using the bathroom I heard my mom tell my dad “she has no idea what she’s getting into”. Like duh I haven’t moved out before and I’m not going to be like my brother who is 20 almost 21 living at home. I’m so aggravated that my parents think I can’t do anything!!
