Should I take another test?

I'm getting sick and puking, I've been having bad acne, lower stomach cramps, headaches, and food I used to love tastes terrible. My boyfriend and I had sex a week and a half ago about and he put on the condom at the end when he was about to cum. That's all. I took a test and there was a small positive line but I know that sometimes the earlier you take it the less correct it can be. Should I get another test or am I blowing this out of proportion?
