Yes, marriage is amazing and it's wonderful to have a life long committed partner. If someone didn't want to marry me like why even be in a relationship if it's not heading anywhere... personally I would move on and put your efforts into someone that will value you and want to be commuted to you

I'm glad me & my fiancé realize that marriage is literally just a piece of paper. If you're living your life like a married couple. Why would it be so demanding that you get married right when you want to? Every person has a different outlook on it & if your partner isn't up for it, but you are then that's something you'll have to respect if you wanna be with them. If you can't respect the fact they want to wait awhile or even not get married at all, then I think you're with the wrong person. Good luck trying to actually find someone that will drop everything & marry you when you decide the time is right though. 🤷🏻‍♀️

If it’s something you really want and he sees no possibility in it then I would say it’s best to leave. If it’s more about his insecurities and needing more time, then no. As long as you’re willing to wait what could be a very long time.
