Looking for support from mummas with cancer history. Also first midwife appointment today

Mel

Today I finally have my first midwife and antenatal clinic appointment. I'm at 14 weeks today with my first pregnancy. Everything is going very quickly and being a first timer at all this, one of my appointments was missed recently with one of my doctors. Ended up going to a new GP near home and even though I'm a little behind on my care, they recommended me straight away to a clinic through a hospital. Hadn't thought too much of this until recently, starting to get a little nervous now though today, I'm already a high risk pregnancy with a cancer history and weak heart from chemotherapy years ago. C-section had also been mentioned by my doctor but is leaving it up to the clinic to continue my care. I've also read a few different threads and comments about c-sectjons and a lot of negativity. Anyone on hear with a cancer history that I can get support and re-assurance from? 💜
