Midwife question would you be annoyed

Ill start by saying I’m now 29weeks pregnant. I had a misscarage last year so the doctor said I’d be looked after more than normal. I went for my 24 week check up with the midwife thinking she’d measure my belly but never did, I thought it was normal and didn’t want to question a professional. I then paid private to have a HD Live scan done at 28 weeks and they said there wasn’t much fluid around baby and was concerned why my midwife wasn’t doing measurements. I’m booked in to see her on Monday but she said to cancel if the hospital dip my pee tomorrow at my normal scan. I read online that now your supposed to see the midwife every 2 weeks but she is prepared to leave my appointment atleast 6 weeks?? Is this normal or am I over reacting?
