No dilation before labor doesn’t mean anything. You can dilate to a 6 in 20 minutes and not even know it, so getting checked before active labor is pointless because it will literally tell you nothing 😁 and as for the contractions I have no experience
False labor..
I'm 39+4 weeks and woke up at 5am today with cramping followed by contractions that was stronger than braxton hicks. They were about 5-7 min apart for a few hours, then 20-30 min apart, then back to 7 min.. Now they're almost gone. Anybody else experienced this close to due date? Any chance baby could be coming soon even though I wasn't dilated at all at my appt 39+0?
