Need support, failing a class

I'm in a very tough class that many people fail. The passing grade is a B. I'm right below a B right now and need to get a really good grade on the final to pass. I'm honestly not sure it's possible, because each class consists of hundreds of Powerpoint slides and each slide is jam-packed.

I can't go to tutoring on campus due to limited transportation (I share a car and live off campus), so I'm going it alone. My classmates have shunned me because they're the type that go out drinking and partying and I don't. My advisor is unhelpful and never available. Guys, I'm really lonely and so afraid I'm gonna fail. Please give me some support!
