I don’t love my partner anymore

I have fallen out of love with my partner of 2 years and we are expecting our first child together. It’s the worst feeling I don’t know why this has happened there is nothing wrong with him or our relationship 😫 I’m stuck in what to do because it’s extremely complicated now there were having a baby it breaks my heart to think that I’m gonna hurt him so much 😢 I think he suspects something is up because I’m not affectionate at all anymore and I barely spend time with him. I was feeling this way on and off before we were expecting and then I very surprisingly got pregnant and it changed for a while we were so so happy and closer then ever! And then the feeling keeps coming back even when I’ve tried to ignore it 😩 has anyone gone through this?
