mirena vs Clomid vs femara

have any one tried clomide had BFN and then switched other and got pregnant? i have been fighting infertility for two years.. and tried clomide for 5 months .. but couldn't get pregnant.. my doctor said next step will be infertility clinic!! she doesn't want to discuss issues any more.. just started giving me infertility clinic reference... but my PcP asked to try for another since I am 29.. i just want to get pregnant ..losing hope day by day😢😭 pls help.me.. also any good doctors in Michigan area.. pls suggest!!!
