Could this be my miracle Christmas gift?

I have made the mistake of doing the essure after my third child and months after I did it I met this wonderful man I can say the man of my dreams! Now I really been praying for a miracle baby with him...we both want it and we know the chances are slim to none but we are still hopeful because it does happen...so my AF is due on the 5th I ovulated on the 21st and now I’m having a little spotting when I wipe and on my panty liner! Could this be implantation bleeding or it’s just signs of my period? Should I test tomorrow or just wait until the date of my AF? What should I do girls? my heart is racing I really wish it’s because I’m pregnant
