My female organ help!!’

So I’m 22 years old and a senior in college. I’ve been seeing his guy for a while and most likely going to have sex soon. I have had a few drunken hookups but never anything serious like this. However not until the past year have noticed that I have a larger labia majora than most people. I have always been extremely confident in my body but I am OBSESSED over this. I have looked into having surgery to get it smaller because it occupies my mind 24/7. I am so self conscious and am worried it’ll be a turn off or he’ll think it’s gross. I know many people will say “if he thinks it’s gross he doesn’t deserve you” but I want real actual advice on here please!!!! Do I do a surgery? Do guys even care or notice?? Is it more normal than I️ think? HELP!!!!
