Preseed: comments, thoughts or BFP's?

Anyone use or try preseed? I hear about it all the time on this app. Curious about what it really is from a user's perspective. Any comments, thoughts? Anyone get a BFP while using it?

I used it when I got preggers with my first. I am going to be using it for #2 as well. It’s a great lubcricant. I liked it and would recommend trying it ;) You never know!

I just used it for the first time a couple of weeks ago- used it once- got my BFP this morning. I'm 35. 
I really didn't think it would make a difference- just used it as a sperm friendly lube, but the correlation is pretty impressive...
