This August i had my son. My main goal for this delivery was no epidural. My husband was a great support system! I was able to do it without the epidural 😊
How did you vocalize your pain during delivery? For me, i really focused on my breathing. Up until i hit transition. It was horrible. It felt like 1 huge contraction that was breath taking. And don’t get me started on pushing. 😂 Thankfully i only pushed 4 times. I was told they were talking about how loud i was. 😂 but i would do it all over again if i could!
