Baby sleeping on stomach

Ok, sooo I don't know where to begin (long post, and apologies in advance).... our baby used to sleep fine in his sleeper (similar to a rock n sleep type thing). But lately (the past couple of months or so.. which I am a retail manager so this time of year I work around 70hrs a week-which is HORRIBLE on us right now, but financially our family needs to stick it out until I get my bonus in April). So, this all started around the time I started working longer hours. Anyhow, he used to sleep fine in his sleeper from about 9pm until around 5am. Which worked out great for us. Since I have started working longer hours now though, he will only sleep unless he is lying on one of us (which breaks my heart, because I feel like he is afraid of being abandoned)... so now here we are. My son is nearly 5mo old, and he will only sleep sound unless he is lying on one of our chests at night... it's putting a strain on my husband and i's relationship because we haven't even slept in the same bed together for months. Literally the second we lie him down he cries. He does, however, sleep okay if he lies on his belly on our ottoman (a random discovery by my husband lol but im terrified about sids so that's a no go lol) idk, I guess I'm just wondering if anyone else has ever gone through this or if they did, how they got through it.. I love my husband and miss having any type of contact with him, but clearly I will always choose my son first.. so we need some help!!
