My boyfriend literally almost dumped me because I can be really crazy and jealous when I see he is with another girl.. I don’t want to lose him but i’ve just been through so much with guys lying to me and cheating i can’t help but freak out and always have my guard up.. someone please help me on ways to try and get over this awful habit.. please..
