Drool rash? Eczema? Something else?

It’s a round, scaly patch that has been there for almost 2 weeks now. Reminds me of eczema and it’s not ringworm. She really isn’t drooling much, but she is teething. She started solids around the same time, but has had no reactions or other spots pop up. I wipe her down well after she eats too. I’m at a loss as to what to do for it. I’ve tried lanolin creams and coconut oil. It doesn’t seem to bother her, but anyone have any other suggestions or similar experiences?
