Falsely accused

Here recently men left and rightward being called out for sexual assault. Some men automatically apologize and others have denied any wrong doing. Before these men even get then change to publically respond, they have been fired from their jobs. My question is, if they are actually innocent of any wrong doing, how do they get their jobs back?
