Do you know when you're about to get your period, without using a tracking app or a calendar? I do, a few days before I always eel like I know and then it happens 😂

Lately, I've been always starting to get cramps exactly 2-3 hours before it starts. Makes me know that it's another unsuccessful month.☹️

I am also on the pill but I've missed one here and there. however I cry the day before my period starts. i will not cry any other day but the day before and I know because it's usually over simple things. Like a song with a story to it. or a movie with a message behind it. or sometimes my mom calls me "Gorda" fatty in Spanish but I start over thinking my weight and my life lol

Yeah. I'll get bloated 3 ish days before it starts. I'll get cramps and spotting a day or 2 before. And my period ALWAYS starts in the middle of the night. So when I start spotting, I know I need to put the diva cup in before bed.
