advice please

Hi, I really thought I had caught this month. But I came on a day early (12th) quite heavily and only for 3 days. But I've had period pains, backache, sore boobs and nausea for a few weeks now. So I've been off for 3 days and still have these symptoms, and had spotting yesterday.

Has anyone else had this? I want to take a test to rule it out but I don't see the point as I did bleed and it was heavy for me and seeing a BFN would get me down more. But I never feel like this after my period ends. Any advice would be great.
