WARNING TMI PICTURE

I'm in serious need of help and advice. Before I get into this, I've suffered with hemorrhoids for quite some time and have once had to go to emergency to get a thrombosed vein drained.

For a little over a month now I have been struggling with symptoms that I'm familiar with but I have zero pain whilst going to the bathroom, which is unusual. I keep getting sores and I had a pus filled sore when this first started. (I've gone to the doctor and have had tests done and it's no kind of infection) but he prescribed me cream and sent me on my way. It's now a month later and nothing's changed 😭 I don't know what to do. Trust me, I've taken all precautions and steps there are when dealing with fissures and hems, but nothing is helping.
