Help! Sore bump on inner labia

So a day ago this bump showed up, and it’s kinda sore... i’m pretty sure it’s not folliculitis because when i squeeze it gently, it feels like a larger mass, or at least like a larger affected area.

It has made the area kinda red and swollen, and i think i can feel more surfacing.

I’ll be honest, I’m getting a horrible sinking feeling that this is herpes, which would be an absolute bitch, cause i have no idea how i could have gotten it.

I’m sexually active but have only only ever had one sexual partner (who has only ever had one partner as well, me), and both of us were clean last time i checked.
