condom broke

I has sex today and the condom broke. There was no cum in the condom just precum (which I know I can still get me pregnant). I am on the pill but this past month I haven’t been too good about taking it. I️ mean I’ll take it that day but instead of taking it at 7am I’ll take it at 9pm by accident. I️ recently stated a “new month” and have taken it on time but the previous “month” have been perfect. My fertile window starts soon but this app says there’s a 7 percent chance of getting pregnant. I’m in a different country and don’t know if I’m able to get plan b. How concerned should I be??
