Just like to share some Christmas kindness

This was my first year in care, I expected christmas to be horrible this year. With not much family and no gifts or love. But I received a package with lots of presents from my social workers and the community.

I just want to say that those donations honestly made me cry and that if you were thinking about donating, trust me it has caused a lot of happiness. It’s reassuring that despite our families not being there people still think of us. It made me and others feel less forgotten. Like we are still part of society.

So since I’ll never know who did my package I’ll spread my gratefulness here And I hope that others in care are also receiving these as I’m not sure if it’s in every county.

And thank you to the people donating. You made so many peoples years by this one act of kindness. Thank you :)
