Unisom sleep tablets
What are your thoughts on unisom sleep tablets? Before I got pregnant I took cymbalta for anxiety and trazadone for sleep. Now that I’m off both it’s so hard for me to sleep and I’m looking for some sort of supplement to help! Is unisom sleep tablet a safe option? I saw another pregnant lady in IG post about it, but I wanted to see what y’all think!
