Breasts Fluctuating

Hi! This is my first pregnancy. My breasts have been full and sore since ovulation. I’ll be 4 weeks tmr. Today, they seem to be less full. Is it common for them to fluctuate in size? Trying not to freak that they are not huge at the moment.
