Back/shoulder discomfort
Has anyone else experienced some discomfort/pain under your shoulder blades or lower back? I don't really notice it much at night but different times during the day but not daily. I've been debating on buying a pregnancy pillow but unsure if it'd help since I mainly notice it during the day. Any help or thoughts to help?
