I need gym advice!!πͺπββοΈποΈββοΈ
I recently joined my local gym and itβs going pretty well so far and Iβm feeling a lot healthier. But I am only 14 and this means that at my gym I can use all of the cardio machines but none of the weights. Itβs great that I have access to some machines but my main aim is to tone my abs and build up my bum and legs. All I see on social media is that weights do much more than cardio when it comes to toning eg....

So, like I said I donβt have access to weights at the gym and donβt want to spend lots on weights at home so does anyone have any suggestions of how I can achieve the results more like the right picture. Thanks!
