weight loss advice
I'm looking for ways to lose weight. I'm 19, and just had my daughter almost 10 months ago. I haven't been very active for a couple years, and have very little body strength. I weigh around 155, which I know is a healthy weight for my age and height, but I'm not very confident if my mom bod. any kind of light exercises, or foods that I Should/shouldn't eat? really wanting to get more healthy; I don't want our daughter falling into the same habits we have. please keep in mind that it's very cold out right now so I'm limited to what I can do.
