I called a Walgreen's pharmacist as its a little late for our pediatrician to be open. the lady said my son should be fine. I honestly didn't realize I had bought ibuprofen... over Tylenol. I just didn't even think twice when I picked it out! never giving it to him again after tonight. only Tylenol! PS... I gave him some medicine as he's sneezing and had a little fever... also is teething.

It’s by weight not age. My son gets 5ml and he’s a skinny 20 month old.

Baby will be fine, if you are super nervous call a nurse via your insurance or through an urgent care to help ease your mind.

It may be different here in uk, but I have baby ibruprofen for my son (14 months) as it brings his temp down fast if he has one. Our dosage is 5ml not dependent on weight x

Yeah I oopsed my 18 month olds dose last night thinking of the dose for Tylenol - she will be fine, at least mine is.
