I got an acrylic nail set for the first time ever today, and my nails feels very sore. Did the technician do something wrong or is this normal for my first time?

Normal... It will go away and they will hurt again when they start to get longer... I get them may be once every 5 years or not even and that's the reason why, they hurt every time and I need my hands...

Acrylic doesn't completely cure right away. It continues to cure even after you leave the salon. It's totally normal to be sore and it won't last long

Whenever I get a gel manicure or acrylics my nails feel super sore. From gels it's because of the UV lights because they're really not good for you and the acrylics are from the ridiculous drilling they do to file your nails down. They're terrible for your nails and super damaging, that why your nails hurt.

totally normal, it's just cause your natural nails have the acrylic on them, the soreness will go away in couple days
