supriseing message from ex

so I got a surprise text from a ex by today he said he seen pictures of my daughter on fb he went on to say how she looks like him and etc and that he still has feelings for me.. Well my daughter will be 2 the 23rd I haven't had sex with him since 2014 my daughter was conceived in 2015... How do I get him to understand there's no possible way she's his? my husband is really hurt and upset cause this other guy things he's her dad
