My makeup is so cakey. Help!
I know it's not the foundation because it used to not be cakey at all. I wash my face, and let it dry. I even put on face moisturizer once to see if it would help, but it didn't. I even bought a new beauty blender, and it is still cakey. Any tips? Update: Thank you all for the help and advice. I haven't even used some of the things suggested before, but I will now.
