Perfect eyeliner?

Hi all, I am looking for a new eyeliner. I have used different kinds in my life and so far a couple have satisfied me but they are not sold anymore. I've been to a make up store and tried out different gel eyeliners. The one that I actually liked wasn't in stock anymore and besides that quite pricey (shiseido inkstroke gel eyeliner). I also tried gel eyeliners from Bobbi Brown and Mac in store but I didn't like them that much. I want one that's lasting and easy to apply and don't need multiple layers and if it's one with an applicator: I can't handle most of the pre-shaped applicators. I just want the freedom and flexibility of a brush with which I can make sharp lines. I'm specifically looking for cheaper ones, the shiseido is 30 euros but I'm convinced that there must be something cheaper out there that's good as well. Any reccomendations?
