First time doing IVF-any advice?

I’m 28 and my husband is 30. AMH 4.15. Unexplained infertility. Tried 2 IUI’s with femera, no luck. I am so upset and idk how to handle this anymore

I would suggest reading 'It Starts with the Egg' as well as the blog 'agate's guide to learning from your failed ivf cycle'.   The book has a lot of good info on supplements and lifestyle changes to help improve fertility and the blog provides a lot of details on testing and treatment protocols which can be very helpful in discussions with your doctor.   I used both the info sources to make / request changes that resulted in a significant improvement in my response and outcome for IVF #3 (now 26w).   Good luck!

DH and i had 3 failed  IUIs with femara.  we'll be moving on to IVF this spring.  a lot of people recommend the book.  i plan to read it.
