BC please help!!!!!

Ok so I'm 26 I lost my virginity when I was 21. I've never been on any type of birth control besides just using condom and well I know it's not reliable birth control but the pull out. I've never had a guy cum inside me but I want to start using birth control. I have some samples of the (VCF) Vaginal Contraceptive Film and I would like to know information if you have used it or using it anything would help, thanks
