How to naturally grow breast tissue?

Im not looking for snarky comments or oh “get pregnant that will make your boobs bigger”. Im looking for actual tips on how to increase my breast size naturally, I’m not looking for huge results  I just want to gain a cup size or 2 without the cost of surgery. PLEASE HELP. My breasts are so small and it makes me feel really bad about my body. It looks disproportionate like my breast are underdeveloped. I have broad shoulders, am a healthy-slightly thicker weight, my butt is large, my thighs are big. My breasts and my waist is really tiny and it looks strange I really want to correct this

Try doing some chest exercises. I’m not really sure you can actually increase the breast tissue (as a majority of it is adipose tissue) but increasing the size of the muscle will help some. Good luck!

Birth control, gaining weight, working out will just make them perky but won’t be a super intense change but can decírmelo change the shape of them a bit not make them fuller and surgery

You didn’t mention your age, but my boobs kept changing throughout my 20s. They got more full from my early to late 20s. To the point that I had to get several of my favorite dresses altered in the chest. I didn’t gain or lose weight. I didn’t get pregnant. It just happens, and no one ever told me that was a possibility.

I've spent most of my teens and adult life trying to increase my breast size. They never grew a whole cup size but some things have made them fuller or a better shape. The only things I have found are:
1: when I was 20 I had a random burst. It was when I first started having sex and my boyfriend started massaging them loads. Not sure if sex or massage was the cause but they def grew a little.
2: the birth control pill did at first but it gave me so many bad side effects I had to stop taking it.
3: most recently I've started taking ashwagandha for other reasons but I've noticed my boobs are tender but also a much fuller larger shape. Bras that used to feel big now seem to fit 💁
I tried so much over the years with no luck really tho so I feel its best to just try and learn to love them small 🤷‍♀️
