Sore hips!!
I'm only 11 weeks but I feel like my hips are trying to separate right off of my body :( I've had bad sciatica since my mid teens so this has also exacerbated that issue. I've been going on walks daily but that doesn't seem to help. I work in a veterinary clinic and am on my feet all day so I'm sure that doesn't help much either. Any advice on stretches or exercises to help with the hip pain?
