Second pregnancy and not many symptoms?

So I've looked at some of the posts and this seems to me most appropriate. Anyhow, this is my second pregnancy and do to me having PCOS, I don't know how far along I am. hopefully will find out on the 17th. but i was wondering, and yes I know every pregnancy is differrent but i dont really seem to feel that many symptoms. I feel the breast hurting and my lower back. had a horrible headache about a week ago haven't felt another since. should I be concerned or is this normal. with my first baby, who is 3 years old now, I had horrible headache, fatigue out of this world amongst other things. I'm just curious is all.
