waking up in the morning

How do I motivate myself to get up in a morning? I had so much I had to do today but I went to sleep around 4am (just finished work) and I slept till almost 3pm!! My alarm went of at 9am but I turned it odd and went to sleep again. Luckily it was my day off today but i really struggle to get up before 12 noon. I never normally have this problem. Just the past week or so! So how can I wake up easier? I know I can because if I have to wake up for work before noon I do ect so it's all in my head on a morning when I think "nope😂"
