Didn't know i was pregnant..

Anyone else find out they were pregnant at 5 weeks?I didn't show symptoms or anything just caught a cold and took some cough meds still was showing negative test after missed period but was still pregnant...its been very stressful I took cough syrup and I had drunk alcohol for my bday...I'm so scared that it could have harmed my baby...
