Shakeology??

Anybody else a shakeology drinker? I personally love it and don't want to give it up. I've heard so many conflicting views on drinking it while pregnant! What does your doctor think??

Drink it daily and know so many people who do! If your doc says it’s ok then go for it! Saves me from cravings!!!

My old beach body coach was told by her doctor that she was able to drink shakeology in place of her prenatal vitamin because of all the nutrients. I drank it while breastfeeding because that’s when I was first introduced to it. I loved it and it really made me feel great!

Myself, coworker and sister in law all drank it through pregnancy. Just don't drink the strawberry one before your GD screening. Lol. My coworker had GD and she said it was the only flavor that she had to stop drinking because it made her blood sugar go too high.

I love shakeology as well , and didn’t want to stop. Same boat as you, I’ve read so many conflicting things about it . I’ve talked to my coach and to my dr and they both seem to think it’s ok , my coach used it during her entire pregnancy and she has a few under her that did as well. The only thing they all said is to no longer use it as a food substitute or a meal replacement . I’ve been having a lot of food aversions still ( I’m 15 weeks) so sometimes I drink it just to fill me up a little more when nothing else sounds good - I normally pair it with peaches ( I eat them like CRAZY now) or a granola bar or something . I also don’t use a full scoop anymore and I focus more on adding things to the mix like a banana or peanut butter - things I know that are safe and will make it more filling . I hope this helps !

love it!!! I heard that it was fine to drink while pregnant. but I'm expecting yet so I would ask a beachbody coach that has had it while pregnant.  happy and healthy 9 months🤗
