i dont usually have feelings from my nipples

I USUALLY NEVER HAVE FEELING IN MY BOOBS. so usually i have no feeling. me and my husband would be getting down to business and he would bite them, play with them...but i dont really feel it,no sensitivity. well im 5 dpo and the last 2-3 days my nipples would get hard and oooohhh i feel it. all sorts of sensitivity.i have some tenderness. and yes ladies i know its still pretty dang early to have positive and all pretty much symptoms. just wanna know if any of you have the same thing going on.
