How do you count ovulation days?

Hey guys! I was wondering, for those of you that use OPKs, do you count your ovulation day as the day you get your positive opk? Or the day after? I’ve heard both ways, and I’m curious about what you guys do!

Answer

It depends on the person. The only way to know for sure is tracking bbt. 
I personally ovulate the same day as my positive opks, but I believe it’s more likely to ovulate 12-36 hours after the first positive.
