Eczema!

My 3 month old has really bad rashes and I was told it was just dry skin but it looks like my 7 year olds eczema, I used Aveeno eczema moisturizer and it helped a lot but this morning he woke up with a really bad break out! I’m worried maybe it could be something else? It’s mainly on his face and one more red patch on his arm. Others are just dry spots that you can’t notice but can feel. Any advice? I’m going to try and get him into the pedi office ASAP!
