Most doctors will make you wait until you’re at least 8 weeks

Maybe ask your dr to draw blood for hcg and progesterone Levels. Better safe than sorry with that because low progesterone could cause a miscarriage. No one checked it for me in previous pregnancies and I had 3 miscarriages in a row, and this time the put me on progesterone.

Your home tests are confirmation. It's not common practice to further confirm a pregnancy with blood tests. Just wait for your appointment.
